About me
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 13 years working at director level within professional membership bodies, with responsibility for areas including leadership, professional standards, quality, education and lifelong learning. Throughout my career, I have led multiple teams and supported people through change, development and growth.
A consistent theme throughout my professional life has been a commitment to helping people perform at their best. I believe that individuals thrive when they are given the right support, encouragement and opportunities to develop, and I have always been passionate about creating environments where people can succeed.
Coaching felt like a natural progression. It brings together my extensive professional experience with my interest in people, my curiosity about what matters to them, and my desire to help others achieve meaningful change. I am motivated by helping people gain confidence in themselves, their abilities and their decision-making, and by supporting them to realise their potential.
My coaching style is collaborative, supportive and thought-provoking. I offer a dedicated space for clients to pause, reflect and focus on what matters most to them – often something that can be difficult to do amidst the demands of everyday life and work. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, trust their own judgement and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives and work.
How I work
I offer tailored one-to-one coaching designed around the needs of each client.
Sessions are available online, or face-to-face within the Sussex area.
All coaching begins with a free discovery conversation. This provides an opportunity for us to explore what you are looking for, discuss how coaching may help, and consider how we might work together.
